The 99th is towards the right side of a grey brick tunnel (1764, 1766).
Finally, the last coin, the 100th, is on the ground, between some small hills near a caravan (1342, 1827).
Collecting all gold coins yields a notification that states they now have no value, an entirely incorrect message. To obtain your reward from collecting these coins, you must visit the well mentioned previously. This is located near field 40 at the bottom left corner of the map (229, 1714).
Once you are near the well, you will receive another message stating that you have received your reward. This translates to the warehouse and silos being filled to the top. You can sell your products at either 2 million for the more comfortable levels, 1 million for the normal, and 0.5 million for more demanding levels.
